I specialize in service coordination, assisting clients to meet their employment, financial, health care, socialization, and educational needs that may be negatively impacted by mental health-related issues. I also incorporate holistic trauma- infomed healing modalities to further support you in your journey. My main goal is to help you in becoming independent so that you can thrive in your mental health.
I’m empathetic, compassionate, a good listener, energetic, and receptive, I tailor our meetings to your unique needs. I make sure we are staying on track with your TCM goals so I check in on your progress during the meetings. I provide community resources or any other TCM-related assistance that is better suited/needed at the time of the meeting based on your goals.
My lightheartedness, energy, support, and genuine care when it comes to helping you reach your goals. I am also direct in my expectations of you so you are held accountable in between sessions about your action steps (contacting resources, submitting applications, following up, etc) and requirements to receiving TCM services (therapy compliance, 2x month meetings, engaged communication)
