Jennifer has has 6 years of working in a clinical setting with both children and adults. Jennifer has worked with many populations of people with various backgrounds. She has worked with, and helped, people who experience depression, anxiety, life changes, relationship and family issues, addiction, and domestic violence through mostly cognitive behavioral therapy. Jennifer encourages clients to practice a coping skill, on their own between sessions.
Jennifer is client focused. She allows the client to focus on their own goals and changes they want to make. Jennifer is empathetic and clients know she is listening and that she cares. Jennifer is down to earth has an understanding of what it is like to have life struggles that are barriers to quality of life.
