I help clients with anxiety, depression, and coping skills by using CBT therapy and rewiring the brain to think positively. I use the four C’s approach (catch it, check it, challenge it, and change it)
When completing a session with me I base it on the person centered approach. I assist with developing a treatment plan that works best/ best fit for the client in order for the client to achieve their goals. I allow the client to be as active in the treatment process as I am. I am patient, kind, understanding and I listen to what the client says.
My clients keep coming back to me because they know I truly care about the well-being and have their best interests at heart when in session. I want my clients to succeed in their goals and I try as a clinician to ensure this happens and that the client gets the best out of their session each time.
