I have knowledge and experience working with young children and adolescents dealing with traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, anger and family conflicts. My goal is to help my clients explore their own strengths and utilize these in developing safe, appropriate, and adaptable coping skills to deal with day to day obstacles.
I will provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for my clients to share openly about uncomfortable and difficult topics. I want my clients to feel reassured and validated while giving them a listening ear as well as support. I want to help my clients through their difficult obstacles in life and see that change is possible. I feel grateful to be able to see clients reach their goals and see their growth and change throughout our time together.
I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship is key. I want my clients to know that I have their best interest at heart and care about their well-being. I love to see clients see their own strengths and to be 2 able to accomplish goals they set forth for themselves and see how their confidence flourishes.
