First and foremost, I utilize standard concepts of therapy including active listening and unconditional positive regard in order to build comfort and a positive relationship from the first meeting. In subsequent sessions, I may utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy concepts to assist clients in beginning to take control of their thought processes and to feel better quickly.
In sessions, I have a very calming manner and I exude this at all times to help manage stress that comes with seeking therapy. Additionally, you can expect to have my full attention and my full care and investment in trying to help you achieve your goals and to feel better.
