It has been a long, often difficult, but rewarding journey to reach the place I am today, and that has made me all the more empathetic to the struggles my clients face.
I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, a goal-directed technique that allows you to explore and discover the possibility of changes within yourself. My perspective is: when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.
