Therapy can help you identify and sort through whatever barriers may be preventing you from regaining your voice.
Through mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral work, I work with folks to decrease symptoms, make progress toward goals and strengthen the mind-body connection. We’ll work together to challenge the thought patterns that thrive on negative thinking. I utilize a solution-focused and client-centered approach to work through emotional pain toward healing while building a strong therapeutic alliance.
