My approach is often strengths-based, with the utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to assist clients with finding the tools to navigate the issue at hand. I have experience with various populations and disorders, and often seek the utilization of psychoeducation to allow clients to be more informed about their individual diagnoses.
