This company will accept insurance for services where I could not afford it otherwise. The process to sign up and schedule a session was easy. There were plenty of reminders so not to miss the appointment. The therapist was kind and on time. I am eager for my next appointment. The only draw back was that to schedule a time in the early evening, I had to wait for a month for my first session. Not all therapists have evening hours.

Very secure service as well as no cancelled appointments and I talk with the same person each time. No long-term waiting. I had my first appointment within a week. MY 10 year old is starting with a child counselor and is excited. So far, we have zero complaints with the easy intake process and follow up. Highly recommend.
