I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in Kentucky who specializes in trauma therapy, addiction, anxiety, and PTSD. I have experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of personality and mental health disorders. I previously worked for the VA where I found a passion for working with Veterans. I have been working in addiction counseling for the past couple of years providing services for sober living homes around Kentucky. I have had my own struggles which has placed me where I am today, and I absolutely love being a therapist and being able to help people toward their journal to healing.
I am laid back and calm. I love to laugh and have an easy time building rapport with clients. I feel laughter is the best medicine. I am very empathetic and my goal is to provide support and comfort to the client so that they can be themselves completely.
I utilize a non-judgmental, person-centered approach and will meet you exactly where you are in your journey. I use a variety of treatment modalities and approaches, so each session is unique for the client and their needs at the time.
