I have experience in a wide range of services and clients, however, I have largely worked with clients experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. My personal and professional experience has allowed me to be able to meet my clients where they are at, and work alongside them to establish and achieve goals. I will provide a safe space, where we can discuss and assess barriers and advances, and work to overcome those. Generally, my goal is to support and guide my client in uncovering their own set of strengths. My goal is to empower the client to utilize those strengths as tools in improving your life.
A session with me is relaxed and casual, as we have enough pressure and demands in everyday life, and we should have space that does not add more. As your provider, I will work at a pace that you feel comfortable with. As life is ever changing, we will prepare to stay present focused. We will continue to discuss current stressors, goals, and progress. We will celebrate progress and achievements, big or small, and you will have support and guidance, always.
I can provide my clients with a friendly, “down to earth” approach. My goal is to have an understanding, that even though I am providing a service to you, that at the foundation that I am also a human, and that my care and compassion for you is where you can find comfort and care. My goal is to establish a relationship and environment where you feel you can relax, feel supported, focus on your strengths and ultimately begin to feel better.
