I have worked with a wide range of behavioral concerns and mental health needs using an array of evidence-based interventions. Working with children and adolescents, I love to incorporate play and art therapy into my sessions as a way to learn new skills, process big emotions, and build trust.
I often utilize TF-CBT and EMDR to help clients overcome traumatic events in their lives and decrease negative cognitions and triggers. Furthermore, I use CBT techniques to help clients navigate symptoms and thoughts associated with anxiety and depression.
