We received your request and will make 2 attempts to contact you within 24 business hours. If you need anything before your visit, you can speak to an intake specialist through live chat to schedule/cancel your appointment.
Before Your Visit

You will be receiving an email from the intake department with details on setting up your client portal.

To meet with your clinician at the time of your visit, click the Clinicians and Portal tab on the homepage menu and select the client portal. A live chat rep is also available during business hours to assist if needed. Your client portal can be found here
If you’re new to telehealth visits, you’ll find a video a short explainer video here of what you can expect.

Notice
If you are wanting to meet via telehealth, join your clinician via your client portal. Otherwise, information related to our office locations can be found on our website or your intake email details.
If you cancel your appointment without a 48-hour notice or no-show, you may be charged a late cancellation fee and may not be rescheduled for future visits. We must enforce this policy due to the high demand for mental health services.

As we provide different types of non-emergency therapy, counseling, case management, and psychiatry services, we do not offer crisis management interventions.
