To meet with your clinician at the time of your visit, click the Clinicians and Waiting Rooms tab on the homepage menu, and search by their name. A live chat rep is also available during business hours to assist if needed.

Notice

Our appointment reminders may ask you to meet at our Poplar Level Road location. This location is no longer in use. If you are wanting to meet via telehealth, join your clinician via their online waiting room. Otherwise, information related to our office locations can be found on our website.

If you cancel your appointment without a 24-hour notice or no-show, you may be charged a late cancellation fee and may not be rescheduled for future visits. We must enforce this policy due to the high demand for mental health services.
