I create a safe, non judgemental space for you to help you address whatever you feel you are struggling with. Using approaches such a solution focused, cognitive behavioral and psychotherapy – we will address your struggles to ensure that you are able to move forward from whatever you might feel stuck in.
I know therapy seem intimidating to some so my main goal is to ensure that session are a comfortable and supportive space where we will work together to address issues you are experiencing that impact daily life.
I believe clients return to sessions with me due to feeling seen and heard for who they are and not just the problem they are struggling with.
