I have practiced therapy in a variety of settings since 2019 and have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I have experience serving individuals with a plethora of mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and substance abuse. I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches and techniques that will enable me to address your unique situation from a holistic approach, to explore and address all areas that may be impacting your mental health.
I aspire to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to validate you as we explore your most challenging and vulnerable thoughts and feelings. Sessions with me will be primarily client-led, as I want to ensure that our time spent together is the most beneficial to you.
