I’m able to help my clients to recognize their own strengths and abilities when they feel like giving up on themselves. I’m also able to help clients to identify and implement strategies to reduce and/or manage their mental health challenges.
I like to establish rapport with clients by using my sense of humor which reduces anxiety by having a few laughs together which is calming, and reduces nervousness about meeting me for the first time. I like to show clients that I’m compassionate, trustworthy and caring by helping them anyway possible to achieve their goals.
I have the ability to connect with clients and make them feel safe to share their life experiences and mental health challenges. I love to encourage and empower clients to solve their own problems with confidence and inspire them to achieve their goals and dreams. I always validate all clients thoughts, feelings, and emotions, at all times because it’s important for clients to know they are heard and that I sincerely care about their wellbeing.
