Tip #1: Exercise

You may have heard this a million times, but being physically active can help you look pleasing to the eye and feel good. This is ensuring to exercise regularly. How regular is regular? If you can do it for at least 30 minutes every day, that’s better. If not, exercise at least 3 times a week, for a total of 150 minutes.  

With exercise, you can lose weight, become leaner, have that natural glow, and produce happy hormones. Any form of physical activity like yoga, walking, jogging, or biking is recommended. Furthermore, exercise improves your blood circulation and have an overall better physical and mental health.

Tip #2: Pamper Yourself

Pampering yourself is not about putting on heavy make-up, but giving attention and spoiling yourself. This may mean having your nails done, going to the salon for healthy hair, putting on rejuvenating face masks, or moisturizing. 

If you think you need a hot bath, a me-time to just lounge around all day, or need a spa day, then do it. If you think you are pampered by moisturizing every night then do it. Just make sure to find the moisturizer that works for you and moisturize your neck and chest as well. 

You don’t want your face and neck to be uneven right? If using essential oils, body lotions, and hand cream makes you feel better then go for it. 

Tip #3: Take Care of Your Hair

Your hair is your crowning glory and having great-looking hair can empower you. Taking care of your hair does not mean changing hair color every week, you just have to ensure that it’s healthy and bouncing. The glow you have can reflect how you treat your body — the health of your hair counts, too.

Here’s one example of why taking care of your hair can make you feel good. Are you experiencing hair loss? If you see many strands of hair on the floor, it can make you feel sad and worried right? But if you take care of your hair, and see that bouncy and healthy look even without a hair blower, you feel positive and confident.

It’s a given fact, if you haven’t had enough sleep, you just feel crappy all day. Also, it shows in your face, you may look haggard, have those puffy eyes and in the long run, may have wrinkles or gain weight. No amount of make-up can cover up those. 

Establishing healthy sleeping patterns means sleeping and waking up at the same time every day. If you prioritize your sleep, everything else follows. You’ll be able to concentrate well at work, you can get rid of food cravings, you’re in a better mood always, and no more eye bags. 

If you can wake up early and take time to exercise, you’ll be feeling good and look pleasing all day. Let your body reboot and reset so you can look fresh all day, every day.

Don’t mind what other people say about your outfit, what’s important is you’re comfortable with your sense of style and you feel good about yourself. As long as you know how to carry your outfit, no one will ever know you don’t have an extensive wardrobe. 

Tip #6: Smile… Always! 

Make it a habit to smile all the time. Even if your day is not going well as planned or there’s too much toxicity around you, learn how to smile at everyone you meet, even strangers. Smiling can make you look more attractive and more youthful.

Tip #7: Be Grateful
